Emily Char, President

Emily is a senior, double majoring in Human & Organizational Development and Spanish with a minor in Latin American Studies. She is pursuing a career in management consulting. During her time at Vanderbilt, Emily studied abroad in Madrid for four months and completed a summer consulting internship in Tel Aviv. Emily enjoys learning new languages, trying lots of local brunch spots, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica Polvino, Finance VP

Jessica is a senior majoring in Math and Economics and minoring in Business. She is looking forward to being a mentor for the underclassmen in WiB and giving back to an organization that was so monumental in my college experience. This past summer, she interned at Morgan Stanley and loved trying new NYC restaurants, new workout classes, and running on the west side highway.

Grace Park, Marketing VP

Grace, a sophomore double-majoring in Human and Organizational Development and Climate Studies, envisions a post-college path centered on social sustainability, policy impact research, and human rights advocacy. When she’s not WiBbing, Grace can be found petting a stranger's dog, rewatching "La La Land," or exploring the shelves of local bookstores. She hopes to bring more students into the fold by expanding WiB's reach through innovative marketing strategies.

Cameron Kelley, Mentorship VP

Cameron is a sophomore majoring in Political Science with a minor in Business. She has a background in corporate law and governance at the London School of Economics. She is most excited to grow the mentorship program and develop deeper connections within the WiB community.

Rachel Lee, Career Services VP

Rachel is a senior Baltimore, MD majoring in American Studies and minoring in Business. She is interested in pursuing a career in finance, specifically Investment Banking. WiB has provided her an amazing community that has supported her professional development and growth. In her free time, Rachel enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring vintage stores.

Becca Brown, Team Management VP

Becca is a junior majoring in HOD and Gender and Sexuality Studies with a business minor. Her professional interests include entrepreneurship or venture capital. She joined WiB as a freshman and has been very involved with the organization throughout her college career, as it has provided her with the opportunity to network with a community of empowered women. In her free time, Becca loves spending time at the beach with her friends and family.

Nandika Chirala, Community Engagement VP

Nandika is a junior majoring in Economics and Math and minoring in Computer Science and Violin Performance. She plans to work in consulting after graduating and wants to eventually get her PhD in economics and pursue a career in academia. She's found a warm, welcome, and positive community in WiB and is so inspired by all the amazing things everyone in this org accomplishes. Nandika loves trying new restaurants, listening to Steve Lacy, and doing Zumba!

Avery Salin, Externship VP

Avery is a sophomore majoring in Human & Organizational Development and minoring in Business and Data Science. She is highly involved on campus with activities such as, Peabody Scholars Program, Finance Development Program, and Girls Who Invest. Her favorite WiB memory is the Externship Placement Party and envisions a finance career path.
